At Manirav Traders Private Limited, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products. As we deal in food-grade powders, herbal materials, and pharmaceutical-related goods, returns are handled with strict hygiene and quality guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Quality issue identified upon delivery

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

• Custom or bulk orders made on request

2. Return Window

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with:

• Order details

• Photos/videos of the issue

3. Replacement / Refund

Based on inspection, we may provide:

• A product replacement, or

• A refund (partial or full, as applicable)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Shipping for Returns

If the error is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will arrange reverse pickup at no cost.
If the return is rejected, shipping charges may apply.
